As a lifelong dancer I put movement into all I do, whether it’s playing with my grandchildren or teaching a fitness class.
I currently am certified in Bellyfit all three types; Cardio, Sage and Flow, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Basic, and Belly Dance.
My classes are designed for all types of bodies and abilities. I adapt moves and also teach using layers and levels by demonstrating different intensities and use of hands and arms to increase the range of movement.
